Microman
Promtek’s Computer supervised manual weighing system ‘Microman’ provides a solution to the problems associated with hand weigh operations. Each operator is provided with an HMI terminal together with an electronic weigh scale, both of which are linked, to a central control system server.
The weighing operators are prompted through each operation by the HMI screen and checked by the weigh scale readings and this progresses, item by item until the formula is completed.
The system can accommodate a mixture of hand weigh stations of different capacities together with auto weighed control. |
