You can operate a complete factory process control system that controls and manages the food manufacturing process in real time, from raw material received to finished product.
Our service organises the scheduling of works orders to each line in the factory and then records the use of recipes and raw ingredients in the creation of each product. You are able to see the production quantities along with traceability information to meet your quality standards.
Your production manager will have ultimate control to schedule the daily requirements for the recipe batches in advance. The batch requirements are displayed on screen to enable the operators to select the list of requirements, without needing a paper production schedule.
